Karlee Carmichael is a supporting character in The Secret Life of the American Teenager, introduced in Season 3. She is the step-sister of Toby. She is portrayed by Kelly Thiebaud.

Karlee, also Toby's stepsister, was a fling of Ricky Underwood and the rival of Ricky's fiancee, Amy Juergens. George Juergens flirted with her when they first met. She gets a job at a local comm college admissions and scheduled an interview with Ricky. At the interview she attempted to hook up with Ricky for acceptance to the school. Ricky says no, because he is dating Amy.
